Here’s everything you need to know about our vouchers:
All Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable from the date of purchase.
Validity
All vouchers (except Black Friday vouchers, see below) are valid for 6 months. The expiry date is stated on each voucher. If a voucher is not used before this date, the voucher is non-refundable and will no longer be valid. Vouchers are valid from Monday to Saturday subject to availability.
Limitations
Vouchers can be redeemed against the purchase of full price products or services at Perfection Skin & Beauty Clinic and do not apply to already discounted products like gift sets. Vouchers are meant for direct services and can’t be used to buy another voucher or be exchanged for cash. Our clinic offers and promotions also don’t apply to voucher purchases.
Unused value
If there is any value left over from a purchase, the voucher can be redeemed against additional treatments at a later date or against product purchases providing the voucher is still valid.
Booking Details
Treatments bought with a voucher must be booked in advance over the phone on 01666 822 811 and the voucher number provided.
Digital Vouchers
Digital vouchers will be sent by email to the purchaser with a download link which can then be forwarded to the intended recipient as desired. Please ensure any email addresses are entered correctly. If there’s an error, we can’t be accountable if someone else gets to enjoy a voucher intended for someone else.
Loss / Misuse
If a voucher is lost or used without the rightful owner’s permission, we sadly can’t replace it.
Cancellations
Plans change, we understand, however if you need to cancel, please do so with more than 48 hours notice. Changing the appointment more than once with less notice, unfortunately, voids the voucher.
Black Friday Vouchers
The above terms apply to our Black Friday vouchers with the following exceptions:
Validity: Vouchers are valid between 8th January and 31st March the year after the Black Friday event.
